Subject: windscreen
Message:
i've got a water leak apparently from the top of the windscreen (there is alot of dampness around the cloth overlay by the sun visors after a rain), and i assumed this would be an easy fix, as i called my local glass shop, got a price and took the car in. of course, the shop manager took one look at the car (what is it? i've never seen one of those.) and refused to take on the reseal, saying if the windscreen broke not only may he have been responsible but also that he would have no idea where to obtain another. any experience with resealing the windscreen or availability/price of a replacement just in case?

GLASS IS STILL AVAILABLE, NOT SURE OF PRICE. TRY AN ASTON DEALER, BUT ALSO PUDDLEDUCK PARTS. JULIAN AT PUDDLEDUCK REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME ON A POWER WINDOW MOTOR, AND I'M SURE HE'LL BE MORE THAN ABLE TO HELP WITH THE WINDSHIELD. HIS WEBSITE CLAIMS THEY DO HAVE THEM. NO PRICE LISTED.
